After sending a follow up email, I was immediately contacted by support and was assured my problem would be resolved. My assessment of their help was incorrect, and they are doing everything they can to rectify my problem. My prior comment titled "No Support" is incorrect.
I was going to spend money on this game. We had a problem. Sent 2 emails. 5 days later no response. Called their phone numbers. Left voicemails. No response.
No support, no can spend my money on.
